libcommons-el-java software package provides Implementation of the JSP 2.0 Expression Language interpreter, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcommons-el-java
libcommons-el-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcommons-el-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcommons-el-java *
